Thief of Hope was one of my favorite books that I read in When Cindy Young-Turner asked if I would like to review Journey to Hope, a novella that goes along with the series, I jumped at the chance. It was fascinating to read Edgar's back story before he met Sydney. I felt bad for Edgar throughout Journey to Hope/5(8). Thief of Hope is a fantasy story about nineteen-year-old Sydney. She begins the tale knowing little about her past and even less about her future which seems grim. She is living in a town called Last Hope and it seems to be true to its name at least the 'last' part/5(42).
