A Wizard Named Nell is a MG feminist fantasy novel, the first book in a trilogy called The bltadwin.ru's a book that I read as a child and enjoyed, though it never became one of my favorites; I read The Song of the Lioness around the same time, which is quite similar but targeted toward an older audience, and I definitely preferred it to this.
